Hi, I'm Riley, a Year 1 CNM and Business student. Some of the things I love are: pop music, iced coffee and sunset walks. I probably overthink way too frequently — but that means I also love translating some of those thoughts into words, and putting them on a shared canvas like CNM Types!

Hello! I’m Yi Ting, a Y1 CNM major. In my free time, I enjoy reading, writing, drawing and watching shows such as kdramas and anime. I joined CNM Types to write about societal issues I’m interested in and hone my writing skills.

Hellooo everyone I’m Lu Yu and I’m a Y2 student majoring in cnm. I joined types because I have a passion for writing and expressing my thoughts. I enjoy tutoring kids and I love karaoke ✌️ see y’all around!! :)

hi! i'm nat and i'm a y1 linguistics major :-) i love watching sitcoms (my favourite is arrested development!!), pistachio ice cream and writing (bad) poetry! i joined CNM types to gain experience in other forms of writing, and also to explore topics im passionate about (includes media, the environment and comedian bill hader)

Hi, I am Jyn, a Y4 psychology student. I love rambling, both in conversations and in writing, but unfortunately academic essays doesn't allow that, so I'm here. Apart from writing, nothing brings me more joy than keeping up with trashy gossip news, drinking mango green tea and making fun of my brother. Hope to write things that will interest me and others! :)

HELLOs fellow readers! I'm Cleo, a Y2 CNM major who enjoys creative arts but has a problematic habit of procrastination. I've been developing my original fiction works for over 6 years and I'm nowhere near finished. However, following my entry into CNM Types, I feel more motivated to bring these dreams to life and share them with all of you! Through the fiction works I might write, you may experience a glimpse of the universe that lives in my head. Otherwise, you might find me rambling about viral incidents or topics in the gaming community, the Youtube space or on Reddit. Although, I shan't narrow the scope - anything could happen! If you have some time to spare, come on down to have a read! See yall round! ☆\\_OwO_//☆

Hi everyone! I am Ee Xuan, and I am a year 3 Sociology & CNM second major. Some of the things I enjoy doing include sipping iced coffee, being entertained by dumb (or cute) tiktoks, and melting at the corniest romcoms. I also enjoy taking chill walks to different places, especially if I get to yap along the way. I joined CNM types in hopes of gaining more experience with writing on a more public platform!

Hiii everyone! I'm Kathy Y1 CNM major. Two truths one lie about me: i hate maths, i hate maths, i like maths. I really enjoy watching movies during my free time, though I haven't had time to watch any new film since uni started... Anw after finishing a movie I like to write down my thoughts and reflections on the film, and that's why I join CNM Types^^ and to improve my writing skill as well HAHA. So excited to share with you all my writings!!!!

Hello, I’m Jill and I’m majoring in Life Sciences but contemplating whether to change it to Sociology because I might secretly be a humanities kid… I’m having an early quarter life crisis 😇😇 I also love cats and I love reading fantasy. My favourite book is Name of the Wind by Patrick Rothfuss, and my second favourite is Babel by RF Kuang. I’m also working on a novel that hopefully will be out by my mid fifties!! Thank you and I hope you enjoy reading my stuff if you do come across it.

Hello I'm Ying Xuan, but people like to call me by my username- chuasoba!! I'm a Y3 CNM major with a minor in Sociology. I enjoy dancing and I'm a yapper by nature. Through CNM Types, I wish to translate my yap into meaningful paragraphs that you can (hopefully) resonate with. Looking forward to sharing my thoughts and experiences with everyone this year!

hey everyone, i'm megan! i'm a year 1 cnm major. i love discovering new music, watching old movies, borrowing too many books at the library then stressing because i can't read them all before the due date, and cai fan. i hope to hone my writing skills in cnm types and express my opinions on pop culture and media. :)

Hi! I'm Samreen or Sam, if that's easier. I'm a Y2 Psychology major. I started writing in an editorial and journalistic style when I was in JC for my CCA- and I haven't stopped since then! I love the writing style of opinion pieces and columns from the early 2000s in magazines. On a normal day you'd find me either in the Utown gym or in the crevices of my RC's room trying to deep clean my space whilst simultaneously snacking. I look forward to writing memorable (and hopefully not too infamous) pieces for you!

Hello! I am Josiah, a Year 1 CNM major. Currently, I am trying out as many new interesting stuff with the extra time I have in Year 1, which includes CNM Types and even venturing out to try singing in NUS' Acapella group! In my free time, you can find me either scrolling through Twitter - I refuse to call it X -, listening to Taylor Swift, or playing some gacha game or Teamfight Tactics (TFT)! In CNM Types, I want to try my hand at putting all my thoughts about life and the world into writing reflective and meaningful articles. See you around!
